The concept for 201 Aesthetics started when the two nurses connected over a shared vision to create a med spa in Jamestown. Once they realized they were both ready to turn that dream into reality, they hit the ground running. They purchased the building in downtown Jamestown in March 2024 and opened their doors six months later in September after overhauling the building with renovations.
Inside, you’ll find a modern and welcoming space that houses a full hair salon and seven treatment rooms offering everything from lashes, brows, nails, and facials to Botox, filler, microneedling, body sculpting, pelvic floor rehab, laser hair removal, and even a boutique with trendy clothing and accessories. “What makes us stand out is that we’re one of a kind,” Kalsie shared. “There’s no other place in town that offers the variety of services we do.”
That uniqueness is paired with a fun, friendly atmosphere that keeps clients coming back. One customer, overhearing the conversation, chimed in: “They’re all super friendly!” Kalsie and Jozie agree that their favorite part is “working with friends all day — it’s like a girls’ day every day.” They also value the flexibility that allows them to balance work and family life.
Of course, running a growing business means wearing many hats, from providing services to handling the business side. Keeping up with the website and daily operations can be challenging, but technology helps make it all possible. “We couldn’t do business without the Cloud Voice phone system from Dakota Central,” they said. “Yes, clients do still call on the phone to book appointments! We especially love the voicemail-to-email feature of the phone system, to help keep track of messages and stay organized.”
“Everything with our business runs online, and the internet keeps it all connected.” Kalsie explained. “We have great internet coverage throughout the building with multiple access points.” Additionally, having a separate guest network for clients helps keep things running smoothly. Kalsie added “Dakota Central customer service is always prompt and helpful,” which gives them peace of mind knowing support is just a call away.
