Position Summary

The Field Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of fiber-optic
facilities, customer premise equipment, and network communications systems throughout the Dakota
Central service area. This position supports broadband internet, voice, video, and data services by installing,
provisioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure and customer equipment.
The Field Technician works closely with customers and coworkers to ensure reliable service delivery while
maintaining a strong commitment to safety, customer service, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Position Status: Full Time
