The Field Operations Manager provides leadership and oversight for all field operations,
including the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of the company’s fiber
network and customer premise equipment. This position leads Field Technicians and
Dispatchers, ensuring safe, efficient workflows, high-quality service delivery, and timely
response to outages and operational needs.

Working closely with the leadership team and other departments, the Field Operations
Manager is responsible for planning, budgeting, staffing, project execution, inventory
control, and continuous improvement initiatives that support company goals and
customer satisfaction. This role also serves as a key representative of the company with
customers, contractors, vendors, and community stakeholders.
